Personal Profiles Mike Baldwin has worked in the UK retail financial services industry for 16 years. Initially as a self-employed sales consultant he moved into branch then senior branch management and ultimately into a number of senior project management roles reporting to national Sales Directors. Mike has a broad experience gained from leading cross functional project teams within national blue chip organisations. He adopts a 'whole business' approach to his work considering the effects of projects on each business area. Able to rapidly assimilate key information and quickly marshall resources at short notice Mike is a natural generator of creative solutions. Mike holds an MBA and AFPC (UK financial services qualification) and is qualified in occupational testing and psychometric profiling. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and launched MBA Ltd in Aug 2000 to bring his business approach and high service standards to a wider audience. Christine Baldwin has worked as a national admin manager and seminar co-ordinator within the UK legal and probationary services organising events involving members of Parliament and Home Office officials. Christine holds a BA(HONS) and is the Admin Manager for MBA Ltd. |
